What you’ll do

Support the maintenance of a high-quality portfolio of attraction, tour, transportation and activity (Things To Do) products for Klook’s rapidly growing, global customer base.

**Acquisition**: Support acquisition of a diverse range of merchants across different industries. Own onboarding of products and coordinating with merchants, operations, content, finance, and quality control teams.

**Optimization**: Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, and content, and maintain a market-leading position at all times.

**Coordination**: Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeats. Flexibility and attentiveness to detail are essential in our fast-paced environment.

**Market updates**: Provide market leaders with relevant information on identifying market trends and competitor updates.

What you’ll need

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships across all levels and effectively adapts to varied situations.

Operational excellence mind-set and experience. Data driven. Excellent problem-solving skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Strong analytical and quantitative skills - able to use data to develop and measure results

University graduate; Interest in e-commerce, travel, and/or technology

Consistently strives for strong performance; Professional and has a thirst for excellence

Team Player with the ability to work across global teams in a fast paced environment and constantly evolving environment
