Job Title: Help Desk Support

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Help Desk Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users while ensuring excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Respond to user inquiries and provide timely technical support via various communication channels.

2. Document and track all support interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system.

3. Collaborate with other IT professionals to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

4. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems.

5. Stay updated on technology trends to provide relevant and up-to-date assistance.

**Requirements**:
1. Proficient in both Bahasa Melayu and English, with strong communication skills.

2. Fresh graduates from IT and Finance fields are encouraged to apply.

3. Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 33 months

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
