**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the QA team. Assign tasks and monitor the daily activities of QA staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and procedures to ensure product and service quality.
- Oversee the preparation and implementation of quality control plans and protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes and products to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Identify areas for improvement in the QA process and implement necessary changes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assurance activities, including audit reports, inspection records, and corrective action plans.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality concerns and improvement initiatives.

**Job Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO Auditor) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Proficiency in QA tools and software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can start work immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
