KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Develop marketing plans for product launches and cross sell/up sell initiatives, which include customer proposition, communication, campaign, and budget to drive sales acquisitions and profit margins.
- Work with the communication team to craft omni-channel marketing messages and collaterals.
- Analyse and identify opportunities and design campaign to cross sell and upsell to existing customers.
- Work with agencies in development of social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Support sales channels with sales tools, collaterals, and campaign development.
- Assess the effectiveness of launched campaigns, and recommend follow up or remediation, where necessary.
- Manage ad hoc company’s projects.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English written and verbal communications
- In-depth knowledge of insurance or/and takaful products and processes
- Experienced in developing product related plan and campaign for sales channel.
- Ability to manage and execute multiple campaigns within timeline and scope.
- Able to work well with various internal departments and external vendors to execute campaign.
- Skilled in PowerPoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet for data analysis

Experienced in managing staff to achieve set objectives within scope and timeline

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years related working experience in product marketing and campaign management in a Takaful or/and Insurance company
