**B2B Customer Support Assistant**

**Job Summary**

To provide sales-related and administrative support to the Company’s business clients

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for attending to business client’s sales-related enquiries and requests.
- Understanding the Company’s sales policies and conveying / implementing such sales policies in attending to business clients’ transactions.
- Developing existing business clients by providing basic product information, updates on new products available, or new sales / promotional mechanics.
- Exploring potential with new business clients and assisting with client on-boarding process.
- Management of day-to-day sales-related or administrative tasks (e.g. preparing order confirmation, following up with delivery of orders, collection of payment and managing the goods returns requests process).
- Assisting with preparation of sales-related reports and general correspondence.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Minimum of one (1) year working in a sales-related position or sales administration position is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
