Office clerks are responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting and support of business operations within a department. They assist all the administrative staff, secretaries, and assistants by sorting mail, filing forms and documents. Provide general administrative support to the team. Perform data entry and maintain records and databases. Manage office supplies and inventory. Mainly to Drafts, formats, key in, compile, prints, update and follow up relevant documents & systems Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence Handle requests and queries appropriately Produce reports, presentations and briefs Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records. Arrange postage/courier documentation to client/supplier/or any relevant document.
