JOBSCOPE

  • Office clerks are responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
  • Support of business operations within a department.
  • Assist all the administrative staff, secretaries, and assistants by sorting mail, filing forms and documents, answering phones, greeting clients and scheduling meetings.
  • Able to do Microsoft office.
  • Ensure all accounting documentation is correctly stored and highly visible
  • Analyze transaction records to comply with financial policies and procedures
  • Receive and verify billing and requisitions on any and all goods and services

8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
