Key in expenses and purchase invoice into system.
- Check PO, DO, supplier invoice before issuing the Payment Voucher. To prepare monthly and weekly payment.
- To prepare monthly sales report.
- Monitor daily cash flow planning and transaction. To prepare cashflow forecast.
- SST Exemption summit (Sch A/C1/C3).
- To prepare SST submission every two month.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment as when required.

**Requirements**:

- At least Diploma/Degree in Accounting or professional qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience especially in Manufacturing company.
- Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities.
- Able to work independently as well as being a team player with strong commitment to department harmony.
- Computer literacy including advance proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job.
- Good in written & spoken English and Malay. Can written & spoken in Mandarin is advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
