**Duties and Responsibilites include the following**:
**Data Administration**
- Process job requisition form and export data into Job Sheet
- Update Rentcar vehicles related information including mileage, fuel level & user details
- Update delivery checklist based on job performed and ensure acknowledgement from user
- Obtain customer's car details which required service/maintenance
- To fill in Inspection Slip (F44) during job completion

**Operation**
- Check vehicle's condition and ensure minimum requirement are in place
- Responsible for vehicle replacement, vehicle delivery as requested by customers
- Collect vehicle from customer and send for repair/maintenance
- To ensure vehicle sent for inspection before due
- Repair vehicle on periodic basis when necessary / as assigned by superior
- Transfer vehicle to outstation upon requirement
- Assist to send customer's vehicle for service/maintenance
- Perform stock count end of day and match with Inspection Slip (F44)

**Self-Development Skill**
- Communication Skills (English/Malay)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
