Administering and maintaining HR databases and systems for external clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Providing day-to-day HR support to external clients, including answering employee questions and resolving employee issues.
- Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and monthly payroll for external clients.
- Providing support in HR compliance, such as tracking and monitoring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Managing employee files and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Perform the ad-hoc task or any task assigned by the HR and Recruitment Manager.
**; Requirements**:
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- A collaborative team player and able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
