Store Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Handling efficient operation of furniture warehousing daily activity.
- Manage the picking, packing, delivery and shipping of good accurately and timely.
- Manage the inventory at warehouse including stock return, stock damage and stock missing and coordinating the transportation arrangement and other logistic processes.
- Plan and coordinate with warehousing workers for the goods receiving and storage arrangement.
- Plan and supervise the warehousing workers for the goods loading arrangement.
- To update the receiving purchase order, receiving check list, warehouse stock card record and Inventory Control Report (ICR).
- To manage stock movement and ensure inventory and racking are properly maintained.
- Perform physical stock count and investigation for stock variance (if any).
- Monitoring container loading and seal the container after fully load; monitoring for import unload container.
- Co-ordinating with local transportation / logistic company on local shipment booking, prepare and handle all relevant local shipment document and ensure smooth delivery.
- Any other ad hoc assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum advance Diploma level.
- Preferable 2 years of working experience in inventory and logistic environment.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel & Word, ERP System & Auto count Accounting System
- Good in both spoken and written communication skill(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Positive attitude, flexible, team-oriented, willing to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Able to work independently
