- To support warehouse administrative activities (e.g. report, incoming, outgoing, and stock control).
- Data entry and general administrative duties include daily documentation issue, receipt & filing and monitor movement of stock daily.
- Carry out any other work as requested by Warehouse Supervisor.
- Deal with respond to customer inquiries or complaints and to investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and tracking products.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Assist in packing, labelling, and returning supplies and manage customer escalations and follow up with Warehouse Team.
- Generate inventory comparisons between system and actual stock.
- To verify warehouse documents; Good Received Advice, Picking List, Loading List, Delivery Note, etc and to ensure such documents are promptly submitted to customers.
- Deal with salesman and customer about product and ordering.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
