Account Assistant Admin

Able handle full set accounts (monthly and yearly basis)
- Liaising with external parties such as auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers, lawyers, government authorities, and suppliers.
- Liaising with internal departments, ensuring that all relevant documentation is produced and that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.
- Preparation of budget/forecast, cash flow projection, tax estimates
- Checking invoice costing, shorting document, overall filling of accounts related documents, monthly billing, monthly claims and daily accounting activities.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts during month end or year end
- Willing to undertake challenges and handle multiple ad-hoc function and related duties assigned from time to time
- Credit control functions and collections
- Able to use Autocount accounting system
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
