1. An assistant operations manager works as a deputy to the Operation Manager to assist an organization’s operations. AOM will be handling stores and in-charge to the Multi-unit Manager & Area Manager.

2. Supervise & develop operations team to ensure operational excellence and achieving sales target given.

3. Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion & and ensure assignments are carried out as planned

4. Come out with plans that will be of benefit to the company & to ensure company’s operations goes smoothly.

5. Submitting reports regarding operations in the company and pass them to top management whenever it is requested for ( Labour / WIP / Cogs / PNL/ Exception report etc)

6. Extract, evaluate and utilize data for store level Sales & PNL

7. Hiring and serve as a guide to fresh employees or current so as to make sure that they adhere to company rules and that the result of their various tasks meets company standard
- Daily compiling hourly sales report for region and submit by 5pm (What app group)
- Daily & weekly report send to Operation Coordinator for all stores
- Weekly contribution report send to Operation Coordinator for all stores
- WIP / PNL - AOM to go through & check. Compile and send to OM
- QAR - AOM to follow up with AM/MUM and reply by respective store PIC as usual
- New store opening arrangement (Staff / stock / set up / refer to opening store checklist )
- Ensure all stores complete bank in before 4pm on daily basis without fail
- Approved and compile monthly planner for AM/MUM and submit to OM & Operation coordinator by 24thevery month
- Approved area demarcation by consult OM
- Responsible for position confirmation or appraisal MUM /AM
- Full time hiring proposal send to OM for approval - Remain SOP
- Quotation approval by OM - Remain SOP
