**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide Administrative Support**: Assist Management with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- **Organize Meetings and Events**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant materials.
- **Maintain Records and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records and files, including confidential documents and sensitive information. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Handle Office Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office, including managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining office equipment.
- **Facilitate Decision-Making**: Assist Management in gathering information, conducting research, and preparing reports or presentations to support decision-making processes.
- **Support Special Projects**: Provide support for special projects, initiatives, or assignments as assigned by Management. Collaborate with other departments or teams as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, secretary, or administrative assistant supporting senior executives. Experience working in the cooperative sector will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and company matters.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
