**Job position: Customer Support / Acquisition Executive**
**Location: Kuala Lumpur area (roadshow setting)**
**Working days: 5 days alternate 6 days per week (retail hours)**
**Salary range: Basic up to RM2500 + transport allowance. Gross can be up to RM7000++**
Job scope:
1) Provides professional advice on credit requirements, products features and benefits of credit cards (Standard Chartered Bank).
2) Actively promotes and sells bank credit cards products at roadshows in KL area.
3) Provides professional advice on credit requirements, products features and benefits of credit cards.
5) Provides after-sales-service to card members in matters relating to the cards as and when necessary and ensure timely response to customer request or complaints.
