Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Excellent
    Chinese communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required.

Salary:
RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
