We also offer a socially responsible financial solution to selected customers allowing for a deferred payment mechanism in the purchase of specific takaful products.

We allow our customers looking for motor Takaful and insurance policies to shop, compare and buy entirely online, with an option to pay on deferred basis.

By putting the customer experience at the center of everything we do, we make sure that the process of buying or renewing your Takaful or insurance policy is a transparent, efficient, safe and secure customer journey.


Customer Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Help to promote product campaigns online to customers.
  • Prepare motor insurance quotations, cover notes, and insurance policy online for customers and send out the quotations and the policy electronically.
  • Handle customers' inquiries both over the phone, via chat and via social media.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Submit the customer's salary deduction request to ANGKASA for approval electronically via the ANGKASA system.
  • To do online road tax transactions via MYEG upon customer's request.
  • Follow up on customers' calls or other media resources whenever necessary.
  • Complete and record all call logs & documents electronically.
  • To monitor online transactions from our website.
  • Other adhoc tasks assigned by Head of Department from time to time.

Requirement / Qualification

  • Minimum requirement of a SPM, STPM, or Diploma in any related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of working experience in Customer service
  • Familiar with the insurance industry (Car and motorcycle)
  • Knowledge and experience dealing with Biro Angkasa on salary deduction matters is an added advantage.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Basic knowledge on ITrelated matters.
