- Ability to work in a high stress environment, managing stress in a professional manner and without disruption to the operation, employee or customers.
- Ability to adapt to change of environment.
OVERVIEW:
Support and manage buyer/seller enquiries and escalations in a proper manner.
We need an individual who is strong in decision making and has soft skills and competencies to manage our customers.
JOB SCOPE:
- Delivering excellent customer service to customers via live chat, or inbound call.
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with general concerns related to online shopping platform & ecommerce platform.
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Consistently meeting individual and team KPIS and goals.
