**Responsibilities**:
The Marketing Administrator will:

- Provide essential administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of marketing initiatives.
- Handing various administrative tasks to facilitate effective communication, organization, and coordination within the marketing department.
- Prepare, update and maintain documents, mailing lists, contact management systems, files
- Assist in coordinating logistics for marketing events, including trade shows and conferences.
- Facilitate communication between the marketing team and other teams within the organization.
- Process invoices, reconcile expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide other marketing support as requested.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Professional Certificate/Diploma in related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especial Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
