Information Technology Assistant

**IT Admin Assistant**
- Assist on IT management JLLM plant and support on day-to-day administration task.
- Assist on management of all IT related policies and procedures.
- Key Person to lead company on events in regard to IT management.

**IT Task**:

- Assist on planning IT development, implementation and administration.
- Keep track on the IT equipment movement for entire company.
- Liaise with HQ in managing IT assets and software licensing.
- Liaise with vendor & HQ for the related software/ hardware issues.
- Liaise with users to understand further on the requirements and validate the service request.
- Upkeep the IT storage area and server room in a good and clean condition.
- Assist in providing IT asset inventory check & update annually.
- Process orders and schedule deliveries for it supplies, equipment, and services.
- Maintain daily end-users support in PCs, printers and software related issues.
- Maintain office software and conference multimedia, door access, PABX, copier, server, CCTV, operation status monitoring, user account management, user authority management, process configuration, operation process problem solving, etc.
- Work together to define and improve all system and network operations processes.

**Admin task**:

- Support corporate administration department administrative task when instructed by Department Leader/ HOD.

**Other**:

- Perform any other ad-hoc task as assign by superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
