Program coordinators work with staff members, budgets, and procedures to ensure the implementation and success of programs. Ensure the program is carried out to the highest possible standards and adhere to the evaluation and monitoring procedures set in place and comply with the regulations and standards (MQA and etc).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and sustain appropriate structures for management, consultation, decision-making and communication with lecturers and students.
- Promote and represent the program both internally and externally.
- Able to act as the resource person for lecturers and students.
- Constant monitoring of the academic performance of students. o Work closely with the CPU regarding student’s posting.
- Taking care of matters related to laboratory used by the program, if any.
- Ensure the program is carried out to the highest possible standards and adhere to the evaluation and monitoring procedures set in place.
- Comply with auditing, quality assurance and risk management procedure both internally and externally.
- Keep up-to-date with developments from MQA and KPT especially on issues relating with program.
- Continuous review and update (only if necessary) of the program’s curriculum.
- Consistent interaction with external examiner regarding program matters. o Adequate teaching workload.
- Maintain score of at least 75.0% for student evaluation.
- Preparation and delivery of lecture.
- Supervision/grading of posting/industrial training students.
- Ensures that exam papers are prepared, moderated and submitted to exam unit on time and are of good quality.
- Ensure that all lecturers complete marking of assessment on time.
- To look for new Industrial partners and maintain a close relationship with all industrial partners.
- Ensure that all student attendance (for all lecturers within the program) are updated on a daily/weekly basis. o To prepare and submit required reports to HOD in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications
- Degree and other related fields. (**Healthcare related Degree**)
- Ability to work in collaboration as a team and diffuse any hostile work situations.
- Able to perform skills and knowledge required by academic department

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
