**Responsibilities**
- Drive efficient and effective end to end AR process:

- Update receipts in accounting system
- Make daily collection calls.
- Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues.
- Send statement to outstanding customers.
- Reconcile local debtors SOA.Liaise with branches for missing invoices.
- Maintain up to date AR aging report.
- Highlighting collection problems and dispute to accounts manager.
- Create customer Name In FMS.

**Specialist Knowledge and Skills**
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting.
- Familiar with industry standard programs and able to operate standard systems relevant to the position.
- Professional working attitude.
- Motivated to learn new processes, receive feedback and work independently.
- Highly trainable and approachable.
- Good in Excel.

**Interpersonal & Communication Skills**
- Pleasant personality, resourceful, result-oriented & positive mind-set in servicing customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:
