**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our partner, a leading Australian team that harnesses office technology to improve productivity, efficiency and growth, is expanding its team and currently looking for Billing & Administration Coordinator here in Manila

As Billing & Administration Coordinator you are responsible for all administrative tasks and billing coordination activities for the team making sure that you are meeting the required service level agreement. This role will be working closely with the Manila team and reporting to the manager in Australia.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Quoting of laptops, warranties & accessories
- Licensing renewals
- Invoicing to clients
- Purchasing of licensing and hardware
- Reviewing usage reports and updating client contracts
- Responding to client queries related to their billing or orders
- Various other tasks as required

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience as administrative support or similar billing coordination role
- Outstanding communication skills both oral and written
- Detail oriented and has excellent organizational skills
- Tech savvy - must be able to navigate communication tools and systems/software such as Adobe PDF and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- The ability to work autonomously, be self-driven and be highly motivated
- A great work ethic, combined with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A natural problem-solver who has a forward-thinking mindset
