**SCOPE OF WORK**

Provide IT technical support services to Customer’s end users to resolve IT issues that might occur from its PC desktop, Notebook, Corporate Mobile devices (for example iPhone), printing devices, other peripherals or devices used by Customer’s end users at work, as (“Clients”).

a) Movement, Additions and Changes and Delete ("MACD") which consists of installing and/removing hardware and Software at the locations. Services shall include:

- Install and / or remove hardware and software at the locations designated by Customer. For instance, installation of an entire PC system with an associated locally connected devices, such installation shall include the set-up of a new hardware acquired by Customer (i.e., unpack, install cables, install Software, test, etc.). Where possible, the Supplier shall perform such setup of a new hardware in Customer’s designated room.
- Move hardware from one location to another location as required by Customer, perform local Software installation or re-installation as mutually agreed by way of Customer’s ESS Remedy Incident Tickets that are released to Supplier by Customer’s IT OS WP team.
- Perform changes of a current configuration.
- Preparations to remove Hardware from local site to scrapping service.
- Locating of any missing Customer’s desktop, Notebook.

b) Provide analysis and resolution for IT related issues that may occur to Customer’s hardware, such services shall include the following:

- Detect and replace defective components of hardware.
- Coordinate and proactive manage escalation to manufacturer or supplier for warranty or maintenance support services, where necessary (e.g. escalation of problems to the hardware manufacturer, handle all Customer’s hardware related warranty claims from end-to-end basis, etc.)
- Work with Customer’s IT demand centre to understand the stock inventory requirements and manage spare parts for problem resolution in accordance with Customer’s IT demand centre’s requirements.

c) Provide analysis and resolution for IT related issues that may occur to Customer’s software, such services shall include but not limited to the following:

- Detect and resolve software issues to the extent possible that might occur to Customer’s end users. Such services shall include reviewing the problem in a comprehensive manner, reviewing end user's actions or inaction in using such software, and recommend re-installation of software as the last resolution option.

**Job Requirements**
- Certificate/Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/ Information System.
- 1 years working experience in support factory production environment
- Good knowledge in basic configuration about TCP/IP networking (LAN/WAN)
- Possess good hardware and software assembly, upgrades, repairs, troubleshooting
- and resolution skills.
- Able to troubleshoot PCs and laptops that runs under various version of Windows OS
- Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
- Able to work independently
- Must be team player.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malay

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
