**Position Title**:

- Assistant Manager, Central Region Marketing (Malaysia & ASEAN)

**Reports To**:

- Manager, Central & FY Global Marketing

**Role Purpose**:

- Accountable for leading and supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives in the Malaysia & ASEAN Region..

**Key Accountability**:

- Assist the Global Marketing Manager in developing marketing strategies and plans for the Eastern Region, aligned with global marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research and prepare analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Eastern Region.
- Plan the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement in the Eastern Region.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging for the Eastern market.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI), and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Support the coordination and lead implementation of marketing activities with local marketing teams in the Eastern Region.
- Assist in the development and localization of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content, for the Eastern market.
- Maintain effective relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives in the Eastern Region.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer insights, and regulatory changes that may impact marketing strategies in the Eastern market.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and budgets for senior management review.

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in related industry

**Area of Experiences**:

- Experience in marketing, preferably in a global or regional capacity.
- Strong understanding of the Eastern market, including consumer preferences, cultural nuances, and business practices
- Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, including brand management, market segmentation, and marketing communications

**Personality Traits**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel within the Eastern Region as needed
