**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Lead all process related activities including interaction with vendors, client (manage meetings in effective way, prepare agenda and presentations according to Governance model)
- Lead different accounts and a team of 15-20 people (AP Analyst, AR Analyst and GL Analyst) with different language skills.
- Focus more on Indonesia market and some other Asia countries.
- Monitor daily performance of the team against target.
- Represent the team in client or interlock meetings with stakeholders from different regions.
- Accounts Payable (Invoice processing, payment, Travel & Expense (T&E), Helpdesk), Account Receivable and General Ledger experience
- Review and approve Desktop procedure (DTP)
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 6 - 8 years of relevant work experience in BPO, outsourcing projects, managing external clients or any other industry in accounting fields.
- Excellent working knowledge of Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL)
- Prior team handling experience, being a manager who manages managers/ team leads for a center of 15-20 people will be added advantages
- Prior experience in handling Indonesia market will be added advantages
- Be able to resolve escalations and manage stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, results-oriented, excellent follow up, negotiation, and trouble-shooting skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills and good team player
- Working knowledge of SAP & Excel
- Good English communication skills in verbal & written
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experienced in Procure to Pay procedures and delivery
- Lead all process related activities including interaction with vendors
- Account Payable (Invoice processing, TNE, Helpdesk), Account Receivable and General Ledger experience
