Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and teleconferences, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Support directors and senior management in various project-based work.
- Act as a liaison with internal staff at all levels and with external clients or partners.
- Manage sensitive and complex issues with discretion and confidentiality.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in a similar role or capacity.
- High proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
- Discretion and confidentiality are mandatory.
- Atleast Diploma in Business Administration/ Management or in a related field
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
