Admin Personal Assistance

Facilitate communication and follow up to ensure timely sharing of information.
Handle day to day administrative matters for management.
Perform general secretarial functions.
Arrange and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Prepare research, correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
Organize and manage documents, records, and information to ensure easy retrieval.
Manage director personal, private, and confidential matters.
Coordinate and prepare refreshments for guests as when required.
Manage the overall human resource administration system effectively. Willing to learn and pick up new things.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to speak and write additional languages would be a plus.
- Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
- Willing to multi-task and fill in the gaps as when required.
- Able to complete duties assigned by management from time to time.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
