About the Job:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team. As an Administrative Associate, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of our organisation. You will also have the opportunity to explore AI technologies and contribute to optimising and automating administrative workflows across the organisation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Optimise and automate the administrative workflow across the organisation using AI technologies.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in organising and coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in coordinating internal events and team-building activities.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organised office environment.
- Draft and write business correspondences.
- Provide corporate secretarial support to executives.
- Maintain statutory books of the company.
- Conduct research to provide relevant information to executives.
- Plan and execute projects, manage deadlines, and delegate tasks.
- Support executives in managing their calendars and schedules.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Keen interest in exploring AI technologies to optimise and automate administrative workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Positive and good working attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive approach in problem-solving.
- Ability to learn and improve continuously.
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
