We are expanding our Admin & Operations Support team. Currently, we have two openings. One under** Admin/Subscription Team** and another one under **Admin & Event Sales Team.**

**Admin/Subscription Team**
- The successful applicant must be willing to work within AUS/New Zealand time zone, 7.00 am to 4.00 pm (MY time).
- Required excellent English communication skills - verbal and written
- You will be responsible to support the day-to-day subscription booking and management process for our clientele base in other countries such as Australia & New Zealand.
- Fully understand the Internal System to process & activate subscriptions.
- Update order information to the CRM system & ensure client subscriptions are activated and deliver client access in a timely manner.
- Ensure order subscription details are complete and accurate.
- Support BCI offices (Asia & ANZ) in order processing and ensure it’s done in a timely manner without delays, in the event the local Admin is not available.
- Assisting renewal Manager in the subscription renewal process.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

**Admin & Event Sales Team.**
- Understand the internal Order System, generate PO, issue Invoices, process orders and payments to the CRM system, generate renewal letters and others.
- Following up with the client for advertisement Artwork and Event material such as logo, and advertisement picture timely.
- Support the Event sales team for event coordination such as inviting attendees, and logistics, and liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
- Work closely with other departments such as Human resources, research, and marketing for other administration functions.
- Support other BCI offices in order processing in the event the local Admin is not available.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in sales supports roles, order management or customer service roles.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and highly focused.
- Great attention to detail is essential.
- Fluent in professional English (Oral & Written).
- Experience working in a multinational company with remote teams.
- Must be able to work remotely and able to work within AUS/New Zealand time.
