- Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for all MY & SG entities:
- Oversee and delivery quality financial reporting for month/quarter/year-end close.
- Working closely with Operation team, Shared Service Centre team, Finance Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily routine tasks and month end close.
- Review BS reconciliation to ensure all numbers reported are supported.
- Responsible for all government related reporting and surveys, ensure timely submission and accurate data reported.
- Maintain statutory filings and reporting deadlines for all entities handled.
- Review GST reporting bi-monthly (i.e. Every 2 months once)
- Take lead on internal and external audit, manage stakeholders and ensure timely submission of audit requests.
- Support new business initiatives, work on streamline and standardization of processes and new system implementations.
- Maintaining and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to company guidelines
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to work in fast-paced and high transactions volume environment.
- Able to multitask and work under high pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle key stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
