**Salary Range**

RM1800 - RM3000 (Please note that this position's compensation structure is commission-based, with a competitive commission structure on top of the base salary. Base salary does not include commission)

**Working Hours**

Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Alternate Saturdays (8.30am - 1.30pm)

**Responsibilities**
- Manage required daily activities for ecommerce store, such as creating new products listing and store decoration
- Plan, execute, and report on marketing campaigns, which includes promotion and pricing strategy for products
- Create product descriptions and copywriting for marketing purposes
- Manage and respond to any enquiries or handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor the stock movement of products on e-commerce platforms and update inventory
- Review customers’ feedback on products and delivery services and make suitable recommendations for improved customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance of online business platforms and prepare sales order report
- Monitor and track competitor activities on ecommerce platforms
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant
- Doing livestream to promote product on Tiktok Live and Shopee Live
- Designing logo, banner, sub-banner, poster and product display template for all platforms
- Responsibilities may also include handling ad-hoc tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
