Nilai, Malaysia Aurelius Hospital Nilai Full time

1) Preparing doctors’ fees payment within the required timeline

2) To check supplier invoices against Goods Received Notes and interface data on a weekly basis

3) To key in transactions for non-PO suppliers (eg. PPM, utilities, etc.)

4) To prepare suppliers’ statement reconciliation and liaise with supplier when necessary

5) Preparing daily cash movement report and placement of REPO as instructed

6) Preparation of monthly cash flow projection

7) Responsible for e-wallet, credit card transactions

8) Preparation of other Finance tasks (eg. Magna payments, HP payments, insurance renewal, etc.)

9) To assist with ad-hoc tasks such as stock take, asset tagging exercise, etc.

10) To assist with annual financial year audit and tax matters

11) To perform tasks assigned by superiors from time to time

**Additional**

1) Responsible in Share Service Accounts Payable function which the processes for more than One legal entity or business unit.

2) Responsible to ensure all documentation and internal control such as 3 way matching are in place before performing any payment.

3) To ensure the payment are pay to the correct payee and bank accounts

4) Assist in coordinate and liaise with bankers and compliance with the banker’s requirement

5) To ensure relevant SOPs are executed and updated from time to time

6) Responsible to prepare Payment Planning and monitor payment planning to ensure payment in accordance to schedule and projection

7) Assist in preparing cash projection in Cash Management

8) Assist in preparing accrual, provision, audit schedule and update from time to time.

9) Resolving all the un-reconciliation Suppliers Reconciliation.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
