Property Maintenance Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Inspect and identify property defects and maintenance needs, coordinating with contractors for repairs.
- Source, evaluate, and engage with contractors for various repair and maintenance works, ensuring competitive pricing and quality service.
- Supervise and manage contractors and handymen on-site to ensure work is completed to company standards.
- Perform minor repair tasks independently, such as changing door locks, fixing household items,and basic carpentry or plumbing repairs.
- Evaluate the quality of work performed by handymen and contractors, providing feedback or requesting rework if necessary.
- Manage and control access to property keys, ensuring secure and organized key management.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team and property agents to facilitate property viewings, including opening doors for potential client visits and ensuring the property is in presentable condition.
- Maintain an organized record of maintenance schedules, work orders, key logs, and completed tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenanee requests and emergencies.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance work.
- Travel across Malaysia to various properties for maintenance work, inspections, andcontractor coordination as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Property Maintenance Technician or a similar role with site experience.
- Strong knowledge ofbuilding systems, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Ability to source and manage contractors for various repair works.
- Basic handyman skills to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to assess the quality of workmanship and ensure all tasks is completed to ahigh standard.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively with contractors vendors, S&M teams and agents.
- Experience in key management and securing property access for viewings.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Malaysia for property maintenance and inspections.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus.
- Experience working in property management or real estate development companies.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
