Position Summary:
The Print Production Coordinator works closely with the Sales team and internal and external partners to execute the printing on timely manner, quality standard are met, and packing accurately and any other duty needed to support the production of product.
- Responsible for day to day operations of production in digital print environment.
- Ensure high print standards are met via quality control, quality assurance, and compliance with postal regulations.
- Evaluates equipment, production processes, supplies, and maintenance plans; researches and recommends options.
- Investigate operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommend solutions.
- Assist in identifying ways to reduce production inefficiencies through recommendations. (new processes, elimination of waste, machinery enhancements, etc.).
- Ensure a safe workplace and continually emphasize the importance of safety standards.
- Provides frequent and consistent feedback and utilizes standard performance management tools.
- Works collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement strategies.
- Supports and contributes to process improvement and change management.

**Minimum Requirements**
- SPM.
- At least one year in printing field.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects at a time and meet deadlines, while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well, with a willingness to flex as needed.
- Confidence in working with an array of personalities, at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient at design software such as Adobe Illutrator.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
