**Responsibilities**:

- Support subsidiaries and customers on **Production Printing devices** and related solutions, resolving their issues in a timely manner
- Perform escalation of queries when required, and continuously monitor and assist in the progress of the query till a satisfactory reply has been retrieved for regional subsidiary or distributor
- Provide technical consultation to regional subsidiaries and customers **(presales and post sales) **with regards **to both hardware and software**:

- **Troubleshoot, reproduce,** and provide technical information to improve service quality and productivity of subsidiaries and distributors
- Support subsidiaries and distributors to launch new products
- **Conduct classroom training** to regional subsidiaries and distributors on Production Printing devices functionality and related solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deadlines as necessary

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Computing Science/Information Systems or related technical areas
- Min 4 years of related working experience
- Working knowledge and field support experience of Production Printing Devices (BW/ CLR PP) for both HW and Controller
- Working knowledge in field support experience of Production Printing solutions such color management profile, workflow & Fiery
- Working knowledge of Macintosh and Windows environments
- Knowledge in IT, Networking, IoT
- Familiarity with print related languages (Postscript, JDF) will be advantageous
- Familiarity with VDP, Production Printing technologies and solutions will be advantageous
- Willing to travel

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
