Happy Days Agency (HDA) was founded in 2014 by a team of veterans in the due diligence industry.
Since its inception, HDA has provided through and accurate background checks and analysis within the financial industry. HDA has developed a reputation within the financial community as reliable experts in the field of due diligence, having over 8 years of experience in the field.
Headquartered in Malaysia, with key centres located throughout the nation, HDA is also known for its third-party due diligence solutions which provide comprehensive and consistent results in order to facilitate greater understanding, monitoring, and documentation of third party risk.
**Your role**:
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations, ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Responsible for ensuring effective communication of the project aims, objectives, processes and issues to all internal and external bodies involved in the projects. (etc: Learning & Developing, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management Approach, Career Pathing)
- Implement and coordinate HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the implementation, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Responsible for ensuring effective communication of the project aims, objectives, processes and issues to all internal and external bodies involved in the projects.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
- Expertise in talent acquisition is an added advantage
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Pleasant personality, positive, possess can-do attitude, proactive, self-motivated & able to multitask horizontally
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
