Job Description
- Ensure our customers are always in focus,look at my store through the eyes of our customers, get continuous

feedback about their experiences and to learn more abouttheir needs and wants then take actionbased on their input.
- Support your manager with the store business plan and IKEA Food action plans by contributing to the action plan in

the area of your responsibility and implementing them together with your team
- Secure an irresistible food offer by ensuring an attractive presentation and communicationof the range.
- Actively learn about product/food range content, origins and other benefits and share this knowledge with customers

and colleagues.
- Actively contribute and support relevant marketing and in-store activities.
- Initiate commercial activities that attract store visitors and increasethe take-up rate, or take other actions to secure

productivity.
- Maintained a well, clean, organised, attractive and inviting area to provide a positive customer experience.
- Ensure that the IKEA Quality and Food Safety Policies and routines are followed.
- Contribute to create a “safety first” culture and report any food incidents or potential incidents through appropirate

channel.
- Plans work roster and supervise activities of co-workers to ensure that operation optimize in an efficient manner.

Qualifications
- Experience of working in vibrant retail or food environment with proven track record.
- Sales & service driven and passionate about food and people.
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities with the drive to make things happen.
- Ability to prioritiseand organise work.
- Takes responsibility and can delegate when necessary.
- Communicates well with others.
- Ability to use office programes and prepare & analyze report.
