**Job Position**: Lead 3D Visualizer (Full Time Position)

We are looking for a Lead 3D Visualiser to take ownership of creating top-class digital content that helps our users when deciding on their purchases.

**Position Overview**:

- As a 3D Visualiser, you will collaborate with the Products team, R&D teams, Marketing and Creative teams to ensure that proposed project designs, lifestyle images, and product renders are produced accurately and effectively.
- You will need to be both creative and technical-minded, in order to model prospective products that will both function well and look good.
- You will be also responsible for ensuring that the project brief is followed and work is completed on schedule.
- You will report to the Head of Design and work from our Damansara Heights office, 3 days out of a week.
**The Role**:

- Work closely with Products & R&D team to ensure that products are created accurately, stylishly and efficiently
- Work closely with Marketing & Creative teams to create world-class, photo-realistic lifestyle images
- Produce high-quality lifestyle images and Present and explain visual concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Assist with cross-functional planning decisions, ensuring that all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible
- Guide the team to ensure the technical and aesthetic standards for the project are met and fit within project timeframes
- Create and coach the team in these following areas: Photorealistic 3D modelling, texturing, mapping, lighting/shading working independently
- Maintains effective information flow to the team to ensure the team members are aligned with the project objectives
- Provide regular review and feedback on teams work in a clear and constructive manner
- Share knowledge and recommend best practices to the team
- Support web design and campaign development across various digital channels with your 3D renders
- Keep up to date with relevant software advances.
**The Requirements**:

- 3ds Max, V-Ray, FStorm or Corona, Adobe CC (Min. 6 years experience)
- 5-6 years Experience in 3D Architecture Visualization or Interior Design Visualization
- Experience with leading a team or have project management experience
- Experience with Marvelous Designer and ZBrush
- Texture making, photorealistic lighting, props, and modelling skills
- Strong knowledge of model optimisation, and technical knowledge on the production of images and illustrations
- Passion for leadership associated with strong communication skills
- Strong art perception and ability to appraise and give feedback to other artists
- A keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative.

- Create made-from-scratch fabrics with Substance Designer
- 3D camera tracking/compositing
- Interest and knowledge in upcoming technologies (LiDAR, AR, VR).
