**角色摘要/目的**

**職責和責任**
- 透過每週監控,按門市、銷售人員、品牌和產品實現公司銷售和 GP 目標。
- 透過分析去年業績、供應商方向、市場狀況和競爭對手訊息,制定準確的年度目標計畫和中期(3個月)路線圖,預測未來路線圖。
- 監控並確保庫存帳齡和庫存週轉日達到公司設定的目標。
- 向所有分公司實施公司政策,並在所有分公司執行所有公司政策。
- 透過強化分店管理效率(獲利能力),將所有分店打造為區域頂級銷售(ATS),實施最佳展示概念,並產生超越競爭對手商店的頂級銷售。
- 增加客戶群並加強客戶關係管理(CRM)。
- 與公關部門一起規劃和進行銷售活動,以提高銷售額、市場份額和客戶忠誠度。
- 制定整體繼任者計劃,培養未來領導者,打造紀律嚴明的致勝團隊,開發並留住潛力。
- 透過發展延保租購和配件業務,增加非硬線業務。
- 識別新興市場和市場變化,同時充分了解新產品和競爭狀況。
- 回應顧客的投訴和評論。
- 在準備期間和整個活動期間參加公司路演活動。
- 處理人員配置問題,例如面試潛在員工、進行評估和績效審查,以及提供或組織培訓和發展。
- 根據需要出席並主持會議。
- 向同事/下屬通報業務績效、新措施和其他相關問題的最新情況。
- 管理、訓練和監督下屬。
- 有責任認可並強化部屬的優異表現。確定並鼓勵需要改進的地方。將績效管理視為全年持續進行的雙向討論。
- 定期與員工檢查他們在目標上的進度;透過召開簡短的定期會議來討論和記錄里程碑、成就、成功和挑戰,提供指導或幫助,或根據需要修改目標。這將有助於更好地監控目標進展,並根據需要提供指導。此外,這些簡短的會議減少了準備和進行年度績效評估所需的工作量,因為您可以追蹤進度和績效,並在最有價值的時候提供所需的回饋。
- 執行管理階層/上級不時指派的臨時職責。

**要求:**
- 商業或相關領域的學士學位。
- 必須具備至少 10 年零售業工作經驗。
- 強大的分析能力,可以識別趨勢和銷售模式。
- 擁有管理團隊以及與行銷、產品和外部合作夥伴跨職能合作的經驗。
- 能夠同時管理多個任務並在快節奏、截止日期驅動的環境中工作。
- 解決問題的能力並處理任何不可預見的情況。
- 擁有自己的交通工具並願意在巴生谷地區旅行。
- 工作時間為週一至週五上午 9:00 至下午 6:00,週六上午 10:00 至下午 2:00
