Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:
1. Data Key in - Creditor Voucher, Journal Expenditure, Journal Voucher, Debit Note, Credit Note, Fixed Assets, Official Receipt, Schedule and Payment Editing Listing, etc.
2. To ensure timely update of Accounting record of all functions i.e.: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Cash Flow Report, Projection & General Ledger
3. To prepare monthly report i.e.: Bank Reconciliation, Debtors & Creditors Aging report, Income Statement and Balance sheet within the stipulated timeline.
4. To maintain Fixed Asset Register.
5. To ensure timely closing of accounts (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
6. To provide support to management in preparation, analysis and reporting of financial results.
7. To maintain proper filing system.
8. Assist to liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary & bankers for relating to accounting issues and banking facilities.
9. To produce full set account for audit.
**Requirements**:
1. Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Banking or equivalent qualification in Accountancy/Finance.
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Familiar with accounting software UBS/SQL.
4. Experience in accounting knowledge, computer literate & competent in MS Office.
5. Good interpersonal skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
