**Role Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Reception**:

- Greet guests and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide information about the organization, facilities, and services available.
- **Telephone Management**:

- Answer incoming calls courteously and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Take messages accurately and relay them promptly to the intended recipients.
- **Check-In and Check-Out Assistance**:

- Assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide information about room availability, rates, and amenities.
- **Reservation Support**:

- Handle reservation inquiries and assist guests with booking accommodations.
- Maintain reservation records accurately and efficiently.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist with basic administrative duties, such as filing, sorting mail, and data entry.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- **Skills**: Good communication skills, friendly demeanor, basic computer literacy.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- **Certifications**: Any relevant certifications or training in customer service or hospitality are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: RM1,406.26 - RM2,748.18 per month
