We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a part-time administrative assistant.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for any music lesson inquiries and arrange lessons according to teacher's availability.

Time:
Tuesdays 2pm - 9pm

Saturdays 1pm - 7pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome & serve walk-ins
- Answering phone calls & replying messages in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendar
- Providing general administrative support to faculty and teachers
- Handle any music related sales

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must able to converse in Mandarin & English ( Due to international students )
- High communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for music and education is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin and English (preferred)
