*Sales & Admin Coordinator*Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day

  • day administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Assist in sales administration, including handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales records.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
  • Handle document management, filing, and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Provide support in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.
*Qualifications*:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, sales administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
