職責:
- 確保及時的訂單處理、回饋並滿足客戶的交付期望。
- 回答客戶的詢問,處理客戶的要求或投訴,並及時回饋客戶。
- 處理銷售和服務查詢、訂單和詢價流程,能夠滿足公司和客戶的期望。
- 管理工作部署文件並產生新訂單和已完成銷售的每日報告。
- 發出服務報價。
- 與客戶跟進報價。
- 與服務團隊跟進服務工作狀態。
- 為已完成的工作開立發票。
- 向客戶發送發票和帳戶報表。
- 管理維修作業的零件可用性。
- 要分配的任何臨時任務。
要求及資格:
- 有CRM系統經驗者優先
- 至少擁有 2 年豐富的客戶服務管理經驗。
- 良好的溝通和良好的態度,以實現高效率和有效性。
