**Responsibilities**:

- To answer phones and respond to reservation enquiries from guests, travel agents, online booking sites,and other channels.
- To assist the daily operation as required.
- To carry out any other duties when directed by the Reservations Manager, Assistant Reservations Manager or Reservations Supervisor.
- To do follow-ups relating to reservation discrepancies, short-stays when required by fronk desk associate.
- To be knowledgeable at hotel contract rates.
- Check Trace report and follow up on outstanding matters with regards to room reservation.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with hotel reservation management software and MS Office.
- Ability to problem-solve issues quickly and offer solutions to guests.
- Availability to work a variable schedule.
- strong customer service orientation with ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
