**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To process and coordinates daily sales order;
- To liaise with sales team for missing or doubtful sales order;
- To ensure business to business (B2B) workflow process in order and accurately input data into ERP system and proper filing;
- To prepare proforma invoice after picking up the goods from the warehouse as well as monitor payment received;
- To prepare consignment billing and tax invoicing to customers;
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Business Administration or relevant working experience;
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience;
- High self-initiatives; computer literate and proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Word & Power Point);
- Billing and invoicing knowledge is required and will be added advantage.
- Languages required**:CN**, BM & English

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
