**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to incoming inquiries from customer and internal stakeholder.
- Assist in resolving matter involving undelivered shipment and urgent shipment.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, provide service information to customers.
- Document to call or inquiries information according to standard operating procedures.
- Call customer for parcel status and update in system.
- Fill up the record in report status (logbook).

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience customer service/ Telemarketing/ call centre is preferred
- Good listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Contract Period: 3 Months
- Working days : Monday-Friday (9:00AM-6:00PM)

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
