Oversee & responsible for the daily administrative activities of the office administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with respective departments to arrange training and refreshment.
- Be responsible for hotel and air tickets booking;
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation;
- Handle contacting suppliers for office equipment such as Photocopiers, Vending Machines, etc
- Ordering of stationery complete with stationery stock list report, toiletries and vehicle inspection/services arrangement, etc.
- Manage and file the documents which are invoices, contracts, and other documents;
- Monitoring building cleanliness; pantries, washrooms, and stairways by coordinating with another department.
- Sourcing for a new supplier
- Organize meeting room bookings;
- Manage Admin tasks;
- Assist in the reception duty to relieve the Receptionist for lunch or on leave.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies;
- Manage the expense claim.
- Name card for new employees;
- Liaise with PUSPAKOM for lorry inspection
- Controlling Purchase order numbering and filing.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of admin experience in the related field is required;
- Industry Type: Retail;
- Multitasking, good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Team player, like to work with people;
- Prompt administration skills and detail orientated.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word / Excel).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
